Upstairs exclusive (private) rooftop garden, jacuzzi and palapa


The Zama Village Tulum penthouse condo has an ample (1.000 squared feet) rooftop garden, to be used by the apartment guests only.

The roofgarden has a jacuzzi, sunbathing chairs, a Bali style outdoor living room and a dining teak table under a shady palapa (traditional mexican thatched roof gazebo).

The views on both the jungle and the pool from the roofgarden are amazing. This is the right place to enjoy your time aften coming back from the beach, or to spend a lazy summer day if you do not want to leave the comfort of your Tulum condo…

Pool, garden and common areas


The condo is located at Zama Village, the first condo building at the exclusive Aldea Zama development. Aldea Zama has very restrictive building regulations. Zama Village, developed by some of the investors of same group that developed Aldea Zama reflects the ideal architecture of nicely integrated organic materials. Wood, stone and thatched roofs are the distinctive materials of Zama Village.

Kitchen and dining room


The kitchen and dining/living room make an ample integrated space. The living room has a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden areas, ideal to have breakfast or a drink enjoying the tropical weather of Tulum.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook, from pans to mixers, juice and coffee machines, nice crockery, tableware and of course a corkscrew and wine glasses to slowly sip wine in the terrace in the evenings.

Main bedroom (Master suite)

The main bedroom of the Tulum condo has a queen size bed, a large walking closet, en-suite bathroom and an ample terrace with jacuzzi.  Both the jacuzzi and the bedroom have a wide open jungle view, ideal to enjoy it while having a hot bath in the evenings.

Both bedrooms have independent air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
